We advise against ordering if you have any allergies, as our kitchen handles various allergens, including nuts, gluten, eggs, soy, and dairy, and trace amounts could be present in any product. My order has been shipped, when should I expect it to arrive? All orders are sent via Royal Mail depending on which delivery service you choose at checkout eg. 1st class or tracked 24 and are expected to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. While most orders arrive the next day, but this is not always guaranteed. How long will the postal items stay fresh? Our postal items remain fresh for about a week, and this can be extended if they are kept covered and refrigerated, so baked goods can be consumed for up to 2 weeks. Can items be frozen? Yes, baked goods can be frozen for up to three months. They can be thawed at room temperature or heated in the microwave. What occurs if items arrive damaged? We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for items that arrive in a broken or damaged condition, such as a cookie or brownie that is broken in half. This policy is due to the damage not impacting the edibility of the product. We take precautionary measures by securing all products with bubble bags and peanuts to minimize the likelihood of such issues occurring. What if i dont like the taste? If you find that you do not enjoy the taste of our products, please note that taste preferences can vary greatly.
